Eligibility:
The awards are open to individuals, brands, organizations, and events operating within the plant-based fitness or wellness space.
Participants must be 18 years or older.
Employees and immediate family members of Plant Powered Athlete and associated partners are not eligible for nomination or voting prizes.
No Purchase Necessary:
Participation in the awards is free and does not require the purchase of any product or service.
Nomination Period:
Nominations will open on December 1, 2024, and close on December 15, 2024. Late entries will not be considered.
Submission Criteria:
Nominations must be submitted via the official awards website using the provided form.
Nominations must include accurate and complete information about the nominee.
Right to Disqualify:
Plant Powered Athlete reserves the right to disqualify nominations deemed offensive, inappropriate, or in violation of these terms.
Voting Period:
Voting will take place from December 17, 2024, to January 1, 2025. Votes submitted outside this timeframe will not be counted.
One Vote Per Category:
Participants may vote once per category. Duplicate votes from the same individual may be disqualified.
Fraud Prevention:
Voting through bots, scripts, or fraudulent methods is prohibited. Any suspicious activity may result in disqualification of the nominee and/or voiding of votes.
Winners are determined based on the highest number of valid votes received during the voting period.
Winners will be publicly announced between January 2, 2025, and January 15, 2025.
Plant Powered Athlete reserves the right to verify the eligibility of nominees and winners.
Winner Prizes:
Details of prizes are listed on the official awards page. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Voter Prizes:
Participants who vote will automatically be entered into a prize drawing. Winners will be randomly selected and notified via email.
By submitting a nomination or voting, participants grant Plant Powered Athlete the right to use submitted names, images, and other content for promotional purposes in connection with the awards without further compensation.
Personal information collected during nominations and voting will be used solely for administering the awards, contacting winners, and marketing by Plant Powered Athlete.
Data will be handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws and the Plant Powered Athlete privacy policy.
Plant Powered Athlete is not responsible for technical failures, lost submissions, or delays beyond its control.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold Plant Powered Athlete harmless from any claims or damages arising out of their participation in the awards.
Plant Powered Athlete reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the awards process if circumstances arise that make it necessary.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of the State of Florida.
